민팃은 2022년 윤리규범을 경영 기본규정으로 제정하여 고객에 대한 자세, 구성원의 기본윤리, 주주에 대한 책임, 비즈니스 파트너와의 관계, 사회에 대한 역할 등 구성원이 지켜야 할 올바른 행동과 가치 판단의 기준들이 제시되어 있습니다.
더불어 민팃은 윤리규범을 올바르게 이해하고 실천할 수 있도록 윤리규범 실천 가이드라인을 마련해 운영하고 있습니다.
윤리규범 실천 가이드라인에는 부패방지, 상호존중, 회사 및 고객 정보보호, 이해상충 해결, 공정거래, 안전/환경/보건 책임, 위반행위 보고 및 제보자보호 등 구성원이 지켜야 할 행동양식이 명시되어 있습니다. 특히 ‘부정 청탁 및 금품 등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률(청탁금지법)’ 등 반부패 관련 법률 위반을 Zero 화 하기 위해 관련 조항을 두어 관리하고 있습니다.
윤리 규범과 실천 가이드라인은 전 직원 대상으로 구성원 뿐만 아니라 협력사에게도 공유하여 준수할 수 있도록 교육 등 윤리 지원활동을 제공하며 준수 서약을 받고 있습니다.

제보채널 운영
민팃은 윤리경영 현황에 대한 모니터링과 관리를 위해 모든 이해관계자가 비윤리적 행위에 대해 제보할 수 있는 채널을 운영하고 있습니다. 제보 채널을 통해 접수되는 제보는 경영지원팀에서 조사를 맡아 투명하고 체계적으로 대응하며 처리합니다.

민팃은 매년 윤리규범 준수 및 윤리 실천 문화 수준 진단을 위해 전 구성원을 대상으로 윤리경영 실천 Survey를 실시하고 있습니다.
설문조사 결과에 따라 구성원 간 상호 윤리, SV 저해 요소 점검, 윤리경영 실천 제도 지속 개선 등 중요 시사점을 관리하여 구성원에 대한 윤리경영을 지원합니다. -

윤리경영 실천 Workshop
민팃은 구성원 윤리경영 수준을 높이기 위해 매년 전 구성원 대상으로 윤리경영실천 워크숍을 시행하고 있습니다. 워크숍에서는 함께 동영상을 시청한 후 ‘직장 내 괴롭힘’ 및 ‘부정청탁금지’ 등의 이슈에 대한 토론을 진행하며 윤리경영 실천을 위한 개선 사항을 공유합니다. 또한 윤리실천문화 내재화를 위해 ‘윤리경영실천 워크숍 우수조직’을 선발하여 시상합니다.

Establishment and application of the Code of Ethics
and legal responsibilities seriously,
but also ethical responsibility is vital
in its management processes.
By establishing a fair and transparent corporate culture, we aim to earn the trust of our stakeholders and contribute to the happiness of society as a whole through the continuous growth and development of the company. In this regard, SK networks established and released the Code of Ethics in 2023. The Code provides employees with directions on proper behaviors and judgement and requests suppliers to understand and comply with the Code of Ethics.
Ethical Management System
To fulfill its ethical responsibilities and to enhance stakeholders' trust, MINTIT is striving to foster a fair, transparent corporate culture by establishing an ethical management system consisting of 3Cs (Code, Compliance, and Consensus). Our Internal Audit Team, an organization in charge of ethical management, operates the ethical management system and runs various systems and programs to establish and spread the ethics culture.

Code
In 2022, MINTIT enacted the Code of Ethics as part of the company’s fundamental regulation. The Code of Ethics sets the standard for employees to make correct decisions and practice behaviors, such as their attitude toward customers and basic ethics. In addition, we implemented the Code of Ethics Guidelines to help employees correctly understand and practice the Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics Practice Guidelines specify the patterns of behaviors that employees should follow regarding anticorruption, mutual respect, protection of company/customer information, settlement of conflicting interests, fair trade and competition, responsibility in safety/environment/health, and whistleblower protection. In particular, the guidelines include clauses to prevent violations of anti-corruption laws, such as the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.
The Code of Ethics and our practice guidelines are shared with not only all employees of MINTIT but also our business partners for compliance. Support programs including education are also provided, and the pledge of compliance is requested.

Ethical Management Reporting Channels
To monitor and manage our status of ethical management, MINTIT operates channels through which all stakeholders can report ethical misconduct. The reports received through these channels are investigated by the Internal Audit Team and the ethical management teams of each subsidiary and are transparently and systematically handled.

Ethical Risk Assessment by Field of Operation
To enhance the level of autonomous ethical management, MINTIT conducts an annual internal inspection of ethical risks within each field through a checklist process. The checklist has been prepared to inspect and assess risks according to the characteristics of operations, including HR management, cost management, purchase/business partner management, sales/receivables management, investment management system, inventory management, and management of peculiar risks.

Ethical Management Education
MINTIT provides ethical management education each year to improve *employees’ ethical awareness. The education focuses on SK networks’ key ethical management issues, including Code of Ethics assessment, power abuse, and attitude at the workplace. Moreover, surveys are conducted in terms of the effectiveness of education, adequacy of study cases, and appropriateness of the duration in order to improve the educational system and contents based on the employees’ opinions. -
Ethical Management Survey
Each year, MINTIT conducts an ethical management survey targeting all employees of the head office and the subsidiaries to check the level of compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics and assess ethical culture. To support the ethical management practices of our employees, we oversee the key implications derived from the ethical management surveys. The key implications include mutual ethical behaviors among employees, elements impeding SV, and continuous improvement of the ethical management practice system -
Ethics Practice Pledge
Each year, all employees are encouraged to participate in the Ethics Practice Pledge. Along with the employees’ voluntary actions, we aim to enhance awareness of ethical management and establish a transparent corporate culture. -
Ethical Management Workshop
MINTIT holds annual ethical management workshops targeting all employees to enhance its level of ethical management in the workplace. After watching videos related to the topics, employees actively discuss different topics such as “workplace harassment” and “the Corruption Prevention Act” and share ideas on improving the ethical management practice. Furthermore, to internalize the ethics practice culture in each company, organizations demonstrating excellent performance at the workshop are awarded.

1. Prohibition of corrupt activities
All members of the company are prohibited from acts related to corruption. -
2. Legal compliance
All members of the company shall comply with domestic and international corruptionrelated laws on top of our regulations and guidelines that apply to their business activities. -
3. Anti-corruption Management System
Mintit establishes an anti-corruption management system that meets global standards and shall continuously improve the level of anti-corruption management through implementation and monitoring by all its members. -
4. Reporting System
Mintit promotes employee participation in anti-corruption activities without fear of reprisal through encouraging the raising of concerns is good faith and implementing a protection policy for whistleblowers. -
5. Actions for non-compliance
We take strict measures against the members who do not comply with the anti-corruption policy in accordance with the relevant regulations and disclose the handling results to the members. -
6. Authority and Independence
We guarantee the authority and independence of organizations and members in charge of anti-corruption. -
